Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return: To start a return, log in to your account and submit a return request from your order page, or contact us at petcollars.co@gmail.com.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Restocking Fee All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total. This fee is waived for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fee.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style. Please initiate an exchange in the same way as a return.

Final Sale Items Personalized or engraved items (such as custom pet ID tags) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we'll make it right.
